Destiny was founded by Melissa Salazar Abodaga and Santiago Salazar with the purpose of generating inclusive employment and connecting companies with qualified talent. Since its inception, the company has worked in the sales support sector for logistics operators. With an international team, Destiny has a presence in Miami, led by Melissa Salazar; in Colombia, under the direction of Luz Ortiz and Marly Lopez as Operations Manager; and in Spain, led by Alejandro Obregón as Manager and Representative. We operate with an ethical approach, committed to non-discrimination and effective solutions for the logistics industry.
